Primarily responsible for our development team, Sam unites financial analysis and people management to ensure that our partners funds are invested prudently, our projects maximize the highest and best use of the available assets and that only the best architects, urban planners, builders, agents are engaged to add value to each scenario on stand-alone basis. Through his real estate advisory record of AUD $1.7B + worth of assets in his career, he recognizes that cautious contrarianism, repositioning of assets and innovative thinking are just the beginning of our investment selection process. His market/infrastructure analysis and focus on the downside risk gives a constantly evolving investment perspective. He is a bookworm and enjoys playing golf.
